MINUTES AND AGENDAS OF MEETINGS
All meetings are held at the Guildhall and are open to the public. Full Council is held on the first Thursday of each month at 7.00pm, with a planning meeting being held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month as required. There is a 15 minute period in each meeting during which members of the public may ask questions of the Council relating to items not on the agenda. The public may speak about items on the agenda at the appropriate time at the invitation of the Chairman provided notification is given to the Town Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.

The Civic Amenities Committee and Industry, Commerce, Transportation and Tourism Committee will be held alternately on the second Wednesday of the month.
The Policy and Resources Committee and Staffing Committee will be held alternately on the third Tuesday of each month.
The Burial Board meets quarterly.
There are no committee meetings in August.
