MINUTES AND AGENDAS OF MEETINGS
All meetings are held at the Guildhall and are open to the public. Full Council is held on the third Thursday of each month at 7pm. There is a 15 minute period in each meeting during which members of the public may ask questions of the Council relating to items not on the agenda. The public may speak about items on the agenda at the appropriate time at the invitation of the Chairman provided notification is given to the Town Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.

The Civic Amenities Committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month and the Policy and Resources Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month. The Industry, Commerce, Transportation and Tourism Committee meets on the fourth Monday of each month. The Burial Board meets 4 times a year as required.
