Saltash Amateur Boxing Club is run entirely by volunteers and provides boxing for ages 11+. All volunteers give their services and time for free. We operate out of Jumpin Jacks Gym on Tues & Thur evening from 7 to 8:30 pm

We are a friendly Lawn Bowls Club offering leisure and Competitive bowling for all, during the summer months and short Mat indoor bowling during the winter months. We hold weekly non competitive club nights and various social events.

The Tamar Trotters running club cater for runners of all abilities. We meet at the Saltash Rugby Club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Meet from 6:30pm. Runs start at 7:00pm and last for one hour. We also host Couch to 5K programs throughout the year, see our website for more information. Everyone welcome.
