Saltash Town Council's Business Plan
Saltash Town Council began
developing the Business Plan in August 2023, for the three-year period from
April 2024 to March 2027.
The Business Plan was recommended by the Town Vision Sub Committee and adopted by Full Council on 7th March 2024.
The Business Plan provides an
overview of the Town Council, its management, operations and responsibilities.
It sets out Saltash Town Council’s vision, its purpose, values,
objectives, priorities whilst providing residents a clear understanding of what
the Town Council is trying to achieve and how it intends to work towards its
delivery.
