Saltash Town Council's Business Plan

Saltash Town Council began developing the Business Plan in August 2023, for the three-year period from April 2024 to March 2027.

The Business Plan was recommended by the Town Vision Sub Committee and adopted by Full Council on 7th March 2024.

The Business Plan provides an overview of the Town Council, its management, operations and responsibilities. It sets out Saltash Town Council’s vision, its purpose, values, objectives, priorities whilst providing residents a clear understanding of what the Town Council is trying to achieve and how it intends to work towards its delivery.

The Town Council established six strategic priorities to form the business plan. To progress and achieve these priorities, each Committee and Sub Committee is tasked with setting specific aims to support the Town Council as the corporate body.

Each aim includes success factors and actions, which are referred to as the Business Plan Deliverables. These deliverables are to be monitored and regularly reviewed by each Committee and Sub Committee, to ensure the Town Council stays on track, progressing and succeeding the Town Councils vision, purpose, values, objectives and priorities within the business plan.
